Alina & Valerii – A Proposal by the Lake with Our Signature Marquise

She first discovered our signature marquise ring online. The tilted diamond, the minimal silhouette, the balance between softness and edge, it immediately caught her attention. She shared it with her boyfriend, and from that moment, he reached out to us to bring the ring to life.

She chose to reinterpret it in yellow gold, a stronger focus on the marquise itself, and a perfect choice for an engagement ring.

What makes this ring especially meaningful for us is that this was the first time we created our signature design as an engagement ring.

Until then, it had been one of our distinctive pieces but not yet chosen to mark a proposal. Seeing it take on that role, and become part of someone’s love story, was a special moment for VONA as well.

The proposal happened by the lake, surrounded by mountains and still water. A calm, beautiful setting for a ring that feels exactly the same!

This wasn’t just the beginning of their chapter, it was also the beginning of something new for us.
