Orders & Shipping
Since all of our jewelry is made to order, please allow 4-5 weeks for your piece to be crafted and shipped. Once your order is ready, we'll send you a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you. If you need your order sooner, please contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Yes, we ask for a signature to make sure your jewelry arrives safely.
Once your jewelry has been packed and ready to ship, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges
Ring and custom orders cannot be returned. For other items, you can return them within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us via email or we can call you as well. We will guide you through the process and provide all necessary instructions.
Custom and personalized items, including custom engagement rings, are not eligible for returns as they are made specifically for you.
However, we do offer resizing services if needed. Please contact us to arrange resizing for your custom piece.
Product Care
We recommend cleaning your jewelry regularly with a soft cloth and storing it in a safe, dry place. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and extreme temperatures. For a deeper clean, use warm water, a few drops of dish soap, and a soft toothbrush to gently scrub your jewelry. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a clean, soft cloth. Regular cleaning will help maintain the shine and luster of your pieces.
It’s best to avoid wearing your jewelry in water, especially in pools or hot tubs, as chemicals and prolonged exposure to moisture can damage the metal and stones.
Materials & Sourcing
We use 18K gold and IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds, ensuring the highest quality and ethical standards.
Lab-grown diamonds are chemically and physically identical to mined diamonds, with the only difference being their origin. They are created in a controlled environment, making them a sustainable and ethical choice. Please check our guide for more information.
Custom Orders
To begin your custom journey, schedule a consultation with our founder and gemologist, Duygu. Contact us to discuss your vision, and we’ll guide you through the design process.
Yes, we can accommodate requests for modifications, such as changes to the stone size, colors or band width. Please contact us to discuss your customization needs.
The custom design process typically takes 4-5 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the materials used.
Sizing & Resizing
The sizing we use is according to the European standard sizing chart. In case you know your size in a different metric, please have a look at the following chart.

Yes, we offer resizing services. If you need to adjust the size of your ring, contact us with your order number and instructions on how you would like the ring changed and we’ll arrange a return for resize. At the moment, we do not cover the shipping cost for a resize unless it’s an engagement ring or a custom design.
Payment & Security
We accept secure payment methods, including major credit cards, ensuring a safe and convenient transaction process. We also accept bank transfers, you can email us for details.
Yes, your payment information is securely processed using industry-standard encryption and protection. We prioritize your privacy and security with every transaction.
At this time, we do not offer installment payment options unfortunately. Please contact us if you have specific payment inquiries or needs.
Warranty & Repairs
We offer a lifetime warranty on all our pieces, covering any manufacturing defects. If you experience any issues with your jewelry, please contact us, and we’ll assist you with repairs or replacements.
Repairs for manufacturing defects are covered under our warranty. However, fees may apply for other types of repairs, such as resizing or damage caused by wear and tear. Contact us for more details.
Gift Options
Absolutely! You can add a personalized message to your gift during the checkout process, and we’ll include a handwritten note with your order.
