Step 1
Getting to know you
Every love story is unique, and your ring should be too. During a complimentary virtual consultation or an in-person appointment at our Milan showroom, our founder and gemologist, Duygu, will guide you through stone shapes, metals, and settings. Together, we’ll put down your preferences and begin shaping your ring. If you haven’t already, book an appointment to begin your journey.
Step 2
Design & Diamond selection
With your vision in mind, Duygu begins the design process with her team. You’ll receive digital renderings or hand-drawn sketches to review and adjust until it feels just right. Once the design is finalized, she will personally source lab-grown diamonds that align with your preferences, guiding you through the selection process while introducing you to the 4Cs.
Step 3
Bringing it to life
Now, craftsmanship takes center stage. Your design is handed over to our expert goldsmiths, diamond setters, and polishers, who meticulously bring your ring to life. The process takes up to six weeks, but if you have a specific timeline, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. Once it's back in our hands and we ensure the piece is perfect, we send it to you—ready for you to ask the big question.
