Elisabetta & Jorge – A Bespoke East-West Marquise Ring for Their Engagement

Some projects feel instantly special and this one started the moment Elisabetta walked into the showroom with her mum and sister.

She already had a clear sense of what she loved: modern lines, elegance, and something that felt different from the classic engagement rings she’d seen everywhere. After trying different shapes and styles, the moment she put on the 2-carat marquise in an east-west setting, everything clicked. It suited her perfectly!

After the appointment, Jorge took over and finalized the entire process. I loved seeing how they shared this journey, she shaped the vision, and he brought it to the finish line.

When she received the ring, she loved the design, but while wearing it, she told me it wasn’t feeling completely comfortable. These small details matter, especially for a ring she’ll wear every day. We took it back, made the necessary adjustments, and refined the structure so it sat naturally and comfortably on her hand. Once it was finished, it felt exactly as it should.
