We want you to love your jewelry. However, rings and custom orders cannot be returned. For other items, returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, with return shipping charges deducted from your refund.
CERTIFICATION & WARRANTY
Your jewelry comes with a branded certificate for both diamonds and gold. All custom engagement rings come with IGI certification. Additionally, within the fine jewelry collection, diamonds above 0.5 ct can come with IGI certification upon request. We offer a lifetime warranty on all our pieces, ensuring your jewelry remains as beautiful as the day you received it.
